My wife Joanna and I were in the market for a new bedroom set last fall and spent
quite a bit of time in various furniture stores, some high end, as we narrowed our
search to a few specific styles. We made the trek from Charlotte up to Hickory to
visit the furniture mart there, initially meeting with disappointment, as most of
the stores did not offer the style or quality of furniture we were seeking. Then we
discovered Amish Oak and Cherry where our search would ultimately end.
What impressed us the most at Amish Oak and Cherry were the range of styles
available and the very high quality of the offerings. We identified a set that we
liked the best and with the gracious, informative, and very helpful assistance of
Misty Hardin, purchased a complete suite. Misty made sure it would be built to our
specifications, going the extra mile to confirm that the modifications we desired
could be accommodated. Once ordered, she kept up informed as to the progress on
the order and helped coordinate delivery when it was ready.
One of the pieces was damaged slightly when it was delivered and Misty stepped
right in and effortlessly helped to resolve the return and re-delivery of the piece. It
arrived yesterday and it is all that we could have hoped for. In the future, each time
I go into the bedroom and look at that gorgeous suite of furniture, I’ll think of Misty
and Amish Oak and Cherry and thank them for getting us to this very happy place.
